My longevity journey began in 2017 – at an epigenetics seminar, when the term barely existed in public awareness. What started as curiosity about cellular health became years of intensive research into the mechanisms of aging.

Since then, I've read hundreds of studies, developed my own protocols, tracked biomarkers, and written two books – published in 8 languages. My focus is on the female body: hormones, cellular protection, nutrition and movement.
